MOVEMENT
- Drop to your hands and complete a push-up, with your hands wrapped around the dumbbells.
- Row your right arm, then your left.
- Jump both feet in towards your hands, spread hip-width apart and stand.
- With knees bent, using your hips, swing the dumbbells from your knees up overhead.
- Repeat.
