Previous training experience is preferred. Fitness Training certification or coursework required.

Managers will be on site hiring for multiple Suburban Chicago locations for the following positions:

Personal Fitness Trainers (CPT) are dedicated to motivating and inspiring their clients by creating fun and exciting training programs that are unique to each client's needs. Shifts vary and may include day, evening, weekend, and overnight hours. Some holidays may be required.

Interval Training (X-IT) Supervisors are responsible for educating and motivating all staff with regard to the X-IT Program. Shifts vary and may include day, evening, weekend, and overnight hours. Some holidays may be required

Fitness Managers ensure that members receive a top-quality personal training experience and that members in personal training are achieving their fitness goals. They work with Personal Trainers to meet revenue goals, develop a professional staff through coaching and feedback, and ensure all Company standards are maintained. They also maintain club cleanliness, customer service, consistently meet club operating expectations, and maximize profits while containing expenses.

Membership Sales Representatives are responsible for obtaining qualified leads through internal and external marketing efforts, setting appointments, and enrolling new members by using company sponsored presentation tools. They generate revenue by exhibiting strong and effective lead generation /sales skills, and providing excellent customer service to potential, new and existing members.

Assistant Sales Managers are responsible for managing sales and other staff during the evenings/weekends and when the General Manager is not present. They are responsible for obtaining qualified leads through internal and external marketing efforts, setting appointments, and enrolling new members by using company sponsored presentation tools. They generate revenue by exhibiting strong and effective lead generation /sales skills, and providing excellent customer service to potential, new and existing members. They are expected to be primary sales producers in the club and help lead the sales team in their own sales production. They also maintain club cleanliness, customer service, consistently meet club operating expectations, and maximize profits while containing expenses.

Assistant Operations Supervisors are responsible for managing operations during the evenings/weekends, when the Operations Manager is not in the building, with a focus on asset management, individual production, and customer experience. They work with staff to meet Retail Sales Goals, develop a professional staff through coaching and feedback, and ensure all Company standards are maintained. They also maintain club cleanliness, customer service, consistently meet club operating expectations, and maximize profits while containing expenses.

Spa and Salon Professionals & Managers possess high-level technical skills, the drive to market their services within the club, and provide great customer service. Shifts vary and may include day, evening, weekend, and overnight hours. Some holidays may be required. Seeking Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Hair Stylists/Colorists, Spa Desk Staff and Assistant Spa Dept. Managers.

Child Play Staff interact with children, ensure child safety, and maintain child play tasks and appropriate protocol.

Front Desk Staff are responsible answering phones, filing, member interaction, register transactions, shake preparation, selling/meeting a specific sales goal, and directing member traffic. Shifts include 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and 4:00 pm to midnight

Maintenance/Cleaning Staff are responsible for cleanliness of facility, receiving and stocking of product, special tasks, and occasional assistance with maintenance projects. Shifts vary by location and may include day, evening, weekend, and overnight hours. Some holidays may be required.
