Position Description

Personal Fitness Trainers (CPT) are dedicated to motivating and inspiring their clients by creating fun and exciting training programs that are unique to each client's needs. Shifts vary and may include day, evening, weekend, and overnight hours. Some holidays may be required.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or a GED.
• Able to promote personal fitness training to new members and clientele.
• A Passion for health and fitness.
• Excellent history of ethical standards.
• Proven ability to help clients achieve fitness goals and ability to sell personal training services to potential clients.
• Certification from nationally-recognized certifying organization (ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM, NESTA, NPTI, NSCA, PTA Global, SmartFitness, etc.).
• Must attend New Hire Orientation within 60 days of hire.
• Availability to work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
