Q: May I bring a guest?
Yes, guests are welcome. Your guest must be 18 years of age or older. A 7 Day Complimentary Guest Pass* is available at any one of our XSport Fitness facilities, or you may go on line and register to have a pass emailed to you or your guest. (*Some restrictions apply. First time guest only. Guest must be 18 years of age or older)
Q: How do I upgrade my membership?
Go to any XSport Fitness facility and ask a fitness consultant to upgrade your gym membership.
Q: How do I renew my membership?
You may renew, prior to expiration date. Go to an XSport Fitness facility and speak to a fitness consultant to renew your Agreement.
Q: How do I change the billing on my account?
Log in to your MyXSport account and click on "Edit Payment Info". Click here to create a new MyXSport account. Or, go to any XSport Fitness facility and do a "Change of Billing Form", any representative can assist you.
Q: Can I freeze my account?
You may freeze your account for the following reasons:

Q: How do I replace my keytag?
You may go into any XSport Fitness facility and purchase a replacement tag. The fee for the replacement tag is $2.00.
Q: I was a previous XSport member, how do I reactivate my membership?
You may go into any XSport Fitness facility, see a fitness consultant, and they will assist you with reactiviating your membership.
