MOVEMENT
  1. Squat while holding the TRX handle with your arms slightly bent.
  2. Make sure your hips are below your knees and jump up in the air while holding onto the TRX, make sure to keep tension on the TRX.
  3. Land softly and as smoothly as possible.
  4. Repeat.
