Rush Ride (30 min)
Use the bike as your training tool to ride short, high-intensity intervals, interspersed with periods of needed recovery. 30 minutes is all you need! If you're in a rush....come feel the rush!
Ride & Rip
Looking to effectively train every part of your body? Ride the bike and get ‘ripped’ in one workout – intervals of cycling and off the bike exercises will help you get the most ‘bang for your buck’. Cycling shoes are not recommended for this class.
