Why I Group Fitness
I love group fitness because it makes the members feel good about themselves and it brightens their day. They can leave all their problems at the door and get a good fun workout.
I am a very bubbly and energetic person. I have an extensive dance background. I danced professionally for years. I coach a dance team. I also teach ballet, jazz, tap, and hip hop in addition to my group X classes. I love dance and fitness!
