Party Ride
Call it "exertainment" - a combination of exercise and entertainment on a bike! No - this is definitely not your traditional indoor bike class. If you are looking for a funky twist and a party on the bike - then this is the class for you! You will sweat, burn calories and get super fit, but you will also sing to great music, and do some more "unconventional" type exercises like rhythmic upper body work. Give it a go! Clip in cycling shoes are highly recommended for this class due for increased stability and support
