Training Philosophy
Samantha holds a BA in Performance Art/Theater from the University of Washington, Seattle. She is a certified ASFA, Zat, ISSA and a NASM candidate. She has 30+ years background in health and fitness as well as athletic professional training experience in the industry. Her Passion for fitness began through her love of movement and developed as a competitive and theatrical dancer. Her approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate and goal-based programming; specific focus given to strength training in combination with balance and flexibility, fluidity of movement and training. She establishes long-term client interactions with the goal of integrating mindfulness, exercise, healthy habits to create an overall wellness into our daily routines and lifestyle.
