In 2004 the journey began that changed my life. I didn't know at the time that I was carrying an extra 100 pounds! Years of mistakes, trial & error and eventually healthy habits opened the door to a new life. I knew there was no better way to honor the gift of life I've been blessed with than to help guide and encourage others on their own journey to better health, wellness and fitness.
