ALL LADDER WORK

INTENSITY LEVEL
HIGH -
Intended to increase coordination, reaction, timing, and cardiovascular health.

ZONE GOAL
GREEN & YELLOW -
Moderate to Medium Heart Rate

INTERVAL
CARDIO

FITNESS GOAL
Improved Coordination, Increased Speed and Better Cardiovascular Health

MOVEMENT
  1. Both feet hip width apart at the base of the ladder.
  2. Jump up with both feet and land on your left foot into the first square of the ladder.
  3. Push off with your left foot and land on the second square an land on both feet.
  4. Push off with both of your feet and land on the third square with your right foot.
  5. Push off with your right foot and land on the fourth square with both feet.
  6. Repeat this pattern until you have finished the ladder.
