REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Pull-up Bar
ASSISTED MOVEMENT
Start with assisted option and progress to full body weight.
- Strap a resistance band on the pull up bar between hands. Loop the band around and wrap it around your foot. The resistance band will be assisting the body weight from the bottom up.
- Hands should be slightly more than shoulder width apart on pull-up bar and pronated, pulling upwards leading with your chest to the bar.
- Squeeze while contracting the back muscles at top of movement.
- Repeat.
