Why I Group Fitness
I have high energy that I love to share with others. I love to exercise - cycle and yoga are my favorites! Cycle is a great way to destress, lower risk of heart disease, burn calories and of course enjoy awesome music!!! Yoga is a wonderful way to increase flexibility, improve brain function, lower stress levels, provide anxiety relief, build stronger bones, and improve your sense of balance. Overall, exercise makes me happier, better self :)
