Why I Group Fitness
It gives me great pleasure and satisfaction when I train and motivate people to lead a healthy lifestyle. When I see people coming to my class excited and leaving with a feeling of accomplishment it motivates me to continuously reach for excellence. In my opinion, Fitness is about progression and not perfection.
As much as I enjoy fitness, I love to travel around the globe, hike, and be outdoors with my husband, twin boys, and 10-year old english cream retriever.
