Why I Group Fitness
I love bringing like minded people together and watch them encourage, motivate and inspire each other. As I encourage proper form while working out I also focus on making fitness fun. We laugh, sing, dance and share our successes. As an instructor I get excited to see my students results to see them grow and learn, to see them come back each week.

After many years of participating in various sports, I sustained numerous injuries and felt my body was rebelling against me. I was determined to maintain my active lifestyle and began my journey of healing through Yoga. Yoga is a means of healing and soothing all facets of our being; mind, body, and spirit. Through taking yoga classes I noticed profound changes in my physical, mental and spiritual being. I felt stronger, yet calmer; grounded and free. From there I took things to the next level. Found that my gains on the yoga mat carried over into all aspects of my fitness endeavors. I was compelled to share this journey with others, and there was no better way to do that than to become a certified yoga instructor. I am committed to help you reach your goals, incorporate fitness into your life and discover the best YOU you can be!!
